Book orders may be placed by telephone, letter or e-mail. Payment may be made by cheque or money-order—made payable to 'The Bowler Press'—or via PayPal.
Canadian orders are subject to GST/HST.
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars. If you wish to pay for an order with an alternate currency, the prevalent exchange rate will be used at the time of invoicing.
Orders are shipped in North America using Canada Post XpressPost or Expedited Parcel Service; air express for other destinations

Discounts Explained
Advance purchase discount requires full payment to be submitted by the deadline specified on the prospectus.Subscribers agree to buy one copy of every book title at the time of issue.
Booksellers with a standing order to purchase one copy of every book title at the time of issue will receive a 35% discount. Quantities of five or more books (any title) will also net a 35% discount.
